Pomp and Circumstance [Pomp and Circumstance]
a set of five marches by the English ↑composer Edward Elgar, written between 1901 and 1930. A version of one of them later had words written for it and was given the title ↑Land of Hope and Glory. This is played every year at the ↑Last Night of the Proms, with the audience singing the words.
