hy·a·lu·rono·glu·cu·ron·i·dase (hi″ə-l-ron″o-gloo″ku-ronґĭ-dās) [EC 3.2.1.36] an enzyme of the hydrolase class that catalyzes the hydrolysis of β-1,3 linkages between glucuronic acid and N-acetylglucosamine residues in hyaluronan.
