glucoheptonate
glu·co·hep·to·nate (GHA) (gloo″ko-hepґtə-nāt) a seven-carbon carbohydrate derivative; complexed with technetium 99m, it is used in renal and brain imaging and in dynamic renal and cerebral perfusion studies. See table at technetium. Called also gluceptate (USAN contraction).
