Financing transactions consisting of bank loans and high-yield bonds that are issued together as part of an overall financing package for the borrower. In addition, the financing package includes a bridge loan to be funded by the lenders if the debt securities are not able to be issued on the closing date. In practice, the bridge loan is not expected to be funded.
