As required by the Market Abuse Directive, a list maintained by issuers and their advisers which include details of persons working for the issuer (under a contract of employment or otherwise) with access to inside information relating, directly or indirectly, to the company on a regular or occasional basis. In the UK, this requirement is implemented through the Disclosure Rules.
