Greenbury report

This report, published in July 1995, made several recommendations relating to directors' remuneration and, in particular, its disclosure in company annual reports. As a result of the report, the Listing Rules were amended to require full disclosure of directors' remuneration including pension entitlements, shareholder approval of long term incentive plans and a statement of compliance with the section of the Combined Code dealing with remuneration.
