Aozora (Blue Sky) was a coterie magazine established by Kajii Motojiro, Nakatani Takao (1901–95), and Tonomura Shigeru (1902–61) in 1925. Kajii’s first novel, Remon (The Lemon, 1925), graced the first issue, but the magazine was short-lived, ceasing publication in 1927. Contributors included Yodono Ryuzo (1904–67) and Takeda Rintaro (1904–46).
