Neville
Neville m
English: transferred use of the surname, which is derived from a Norman baronial name from any of several places in Normandy called Néville or Neuville ‘new settlement’. First used as a given name in the early 17th century, and with increasing regularity from the second half of the 19th, it is now so firmly established as a given name that it has lost touch with its origin as a surname.
