invisibles in‧vis‧i‧bles [ɪnˈvɪzblz] noun [plural] ECONOMICS
things that can be used or sold but cannot be seen or touched, for example banking services, advertising or customer goodwill:

• Officials hope that invisibles such as tourism will improve the country's balance of payments.

   International transactions in services as opposed to trade in physical goods or merchandise. They form part of the current account balance of payments and include funds arising from shipping, tourism, insurance, banking and commodity services.
