(Rue Montagne de la Cour 2)
Situated below place Royale, this art nouveau building was constructed in 1899 by Paul Saintenoy, who was commissioned by the British firm of Old England. The company had operated a department store in Brussels since 1886 and sought new premises. The corner turret was demolished in 1947, but it has been restored and the entire structure has been renovated. It houses the Musée des Instruments de Musique and an English tearoom.
