Throne name Khaneferre. He was a younger son of the God’s father Haankhef and the lady Kemi and succeeded his brothers, Neferhotep I and Sihathor. He is attested on graffiti in the region of Elephantine and the Wadi Hammamat and on monuments in Karnak and Palestine.
