Comstock, F. Ray
(1880-1949)
   The noted producer was born in Buffalo, New York, and produced his first play at 27. He built the Princess Theatre, 104 West 39th Street, New York City, in 1913 and made it a home for intimate musicals. In association with Morris Gest, he produced Max Reinhardt's The Miracle and many musical successes as well as presenting Eleonora Duse and the Moscow Art Theatre.
